Now that E3 has finally started, Square-Enix has finally given some of their titles that are planned for the North American market release dates:

Full Metal Alchemist 2 (PS2) – July 12, 2005
Dragon Quest VIII (PS2) – November 2005
Radiata Stories (PS2) – Fall 2005
Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song (PS2) – Fall 2005
Kingdom Hearts II (PS2) – Winter 2005
Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children (DVD) – September 15, 2005
Final Fantasy XII (PS2) – Fiscal Year 2006
Before Crisis: Final Fantasy VII (Mobile) – Fiscal Year 2006 

I’m definitely picking up Dragon Quest VIII, Romancing SaGa (already played the Japanese version for a bit and it was really fun although I only understood every 100th word :P and of course being the RPG fanatic I am I’ll be picking up FFXII. FMA2 and Radiata Stories are on my maybe list since I haven’t finished watching the FMA cartoons nor FMA1 and I haven’t seen enough from Radiata Stories to form an opinion.
