It starts

Well what do you know I finally did something with the front-page. I decided to put up a simple blogging system using WordPress, it was pretty easy to set up and only took a minute or two. I have decided to use the site to express my opinions on various events in my life, books I read, comics I read, games I play and movies I watch. I have no idea how frequent the content will be but I’ll be trying to post reviews and such as soon as I have time after going through said content.

I always considered blogging to be quite pointless but decided to give it a try not to attract other peoples attention to my oh so boring life but mostly just to use it as a diary of sorts to keep track of my life for myself.

I decided that I would go with doing this in English instead of my mother tongue of Icelandic since out of the current visitor count of 11-15 thousand unique visitors to the site and it’s sub-sites (mostly my Mac-PSX site) each month only 0.50% are originating from Iceland. So I’ll start of in English but if there are actually and Icelanders that will start reading this I am open to switching or utilizing multi-linguistics.

The posts will be sorted into 5 categories to begin with:

Blogging is for sissies:
This will be the main category containing my rambling about my day and my thoughts on events that happen on those days.

Books & Comic:
This category will contain my opinions and reviews of both books and comic books that I have read.

Games:
This category will contain my opinions and reviews of both computer and console games that I have played.

Movies & TV:
This category will contain my opinions and reviews of both movies and television programs that I have watched.

New on the NET:
This category will contain my opinions and thoughts about things that people are talking about online.
