Mallorca

Well I finally have a good amount of pictures from our graduation trip to Mallorca, Spain. So now I can pull of a mini recap of the trip. To start off I should mention that I spent most of the time with my classmates in a group of about fourteen. The group was from left to right:
Line 1: Árni, Edda Guðrún, Einar & Erla, Helga
Line 2: Hemmi (left), Ívar, Kristín, Marri
Line 3: Ólöf, Rebekka, Reynir, Sandra
While we were there we did little but party and enjoy ourselves the whole time. The days were spend on the beach mostly instead of in the Hotels pool area since it was usually filled with annoying brits. Right off from the second evening our room became the meeting place of choice so most evenings we would meet up there before going out to eat and we wound up going out to eat every evening.
Although most of the time at the beach was spent “tanning” as the girls so elegantly put it we also did some things to stir things up a bit by digging holes and throwing people in them, going out on rubber rings dragged by a speeding boat.
We also did a few things that really stuck in ones memory including going on a slingshot machine that put us in a small basket and shot us straight up into the air, mini-golfing, playing a lot of pool, rode on a mechanical bull, went to a water-slide park and much more.
One day we decided to go for a cruise and that was pretty much a bore, but it was okay since that became my day of bench-drinking starting a bit before noon and ending with 27 beers downed and two stoned-tequilas (where you put the citron in your eyes, sniff the salt and then down the shot) before passing out on my bed after barely managing to get home thanks to Árni.
All in all it was a wonderful trip and everyone enjoyed themselves a lot. Check out the rest of the galleries I have have so far below (Galleries from Ólöf and some of Einar’s stuff are missing):
