Mixed weekend

This weekend was kind a mix and match, on Friday a few of us were planing on going to a party that Tvíund at our school was holding but instead Helgi and Örvar dropped by my place and we had a few beers and then headed to Sigrún with Bjöggi and Magga for a small get together. We mostly just sat around a bit, talked and played Trivia Pursuit. Some of us got a bit tired so we didn’t make much of a evening out of this.
On Saturday I went to Rebekka’s birthday, which was held at Reynis place. Me and Árni had gotten together and picked out a whole lot of weird stuff to put together in a package and then I spent quite a while getting the package together but it worked out in the end and looked great. The food was really splendid and we sat around and drank for quite a while before heading downtown. I didn’t stay long because I think I had a bit too much to drink and went into “safe mode” (Where you know your body doesn’t want more alcohol and you just dash away in search of the nearest Taxi to get home. You are no longer in control of your actions it’s all just about getting home safe).
