Another of the movies I watched on Christmas day was Aeon Flux the hollywood adaptation of MTV’s animated series. The movie is about the rebel Aeon who lives a future city where 99.9% of the worlds population had been killed of by a virus 400 years ago and the current population lives in isolation governed by a ruthless government. The picture is about Aeon’s fight to find out the truth about what is happening to the population and stop the government’s total control. Most of the stuff in the film is quite okay but on a whole this is just a quick and dirty action flick with a pretty much okay background story but it really seems to lack that certain something.
