Wee I just got payed my salary today and boy am I rich, I got over 250 thousand kr. payed out (don’t know how much the tax took, but that’s what was deposed to my bank account). Anyway since I got that off my chest I wanted to note that yesterday I went to Kringlukráin because we were having a small get-together for our boss over in BT since he’s leaving for Denmark to go studying (along with a number of our staff members). I only stayed for a short while but at least I got some dinner. Another thing that happened yesterday was that my family left for Vestmannaeyjar on Þjóðhátíð which is a big celebration that is held each labour day weekend, I really wanted to go but couldn’t because of work. In other news I applied for a picture debet and credit card at Landsbankinn, that seems really cool and I’m looking forward to seeing how they turn out. I also made a fairly big order at Play.com which was a bitch to verify with their office so they would accept my credit card but it went through finally and I’m hoping to get the order on Monday or Tuesday. For now I’m going to play some X-Box and then I have to get up at 4 am and go to work, but thank god there are only 8 shifts left.
