After having to work through the Labour day weekend it was a good change of pace to get out an party a bit. I started of the evening by cooking dinner for me and Sara. I grilled some salmon and heated gratin potatoes and it turned out really great. After dinner we finished of a bottle of white wine and some beers. Then around 2 am we went downtown and met some of Sara’s friends and went around a few bars and finally went home around 7 in the morning. We slept in late and when we woke up my parents were back from Vestmannaeyjar and they apparently had a really good time and so did my sister who’s band played on stage on Sunday. I’m just sad that I missed the celebration but hope to go there next year.
