T’is bloody cold

Man it was cold yesterday I can swear I might have to get me a pair of longjohns just so that my balls don’t freeze off. But thankfully it wasn’t as bad today, but it’s still really cold. I decided only go to Physics this morning since I never learn anything new in Economics and the teacher wasn’t in for Financial class so I didn’t have to go to that. SO instead I just spent a bit of time going to the bank and then went home to grab a bite and browse a bit and I’m planing to go do math work soonish.
While browsing I came across some interesting news. Not only are Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller planing to release Sin City 2 & 3, with number 2 coming out in late 2006 or in 2007 but they are also planing on making a TV series to follow. Now the only question is wether or not it will follow in the films visual style because that might be kind of costly and there is also the question of censoring so it will have to be on a non-network channel such as HBO or Showtime.
I also noted that Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis have just benn renewed making SG-1 the longest running Sci-Fi series ever and making me one happy Stargate fan.
Another thing I came across was that they are making a new standalone X-Files movie. Although I thought the ninth season of X-Files was crappy it will be nice to see some more X-Files.
The last thing I came across was that instead of releasing Dragon Quest VIII on the 22nd Square-Enix is planing to release it on the 15th so it doesn’t conflict with the release of the X-Box 360. So although it comes out while I’m in exams I’m glad that I’ll have one more game to play in my winter break (provided I’ll have a bit of time off).
